Rooms are excellent, if you get the valley view. Travel desk helps you to roam around at reasonable price( negotiate the location and price). Staff is very cordial and helpful. Buffet get bit over crowded however as said staff is very responsive. Location of hotel is excellent. Adequate parking space.

Had a pretty good stay with Sterling Ooty Elkhill. Rooms and facilities were excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Always courteous and check-in and check out processes were very prompt and smooth. Big shout out to reception team. Good place for families travelling with children as they have a great play area for kids to hang out with parents. Very close to Ooty town and easily accessible by road.

Good hotel where they take care of the service seriously. All the staff are courteous. Good location, near the city center and good view of the valley. A good buffet breakfast is available but the restaurant is small to take all the guests at the same time during peak hours. Enough car parking available. The resort has indoor and outdoor games. A decent bar is there. They will arrange jeep safari and electric cycling programs are available for a cost.
